Nevertheless, we still recommend that you conduct regular maintenance of the equipment in daily use.

Product Maintenance Guide

To extend the lifespan of the equipment, we suggest you follow these principles in daily use:
• Avoid rubbing the product against rough surfaces as much as possible, especially at the connection parts.
• Regularly check the connecting components of the product and be sure to use official parts. Ensure all components are tightened. If there is any looseness, tighten them promptly to keep the equipment in optimal condition.
• Read the instruction manual carefully and abide by the safety operation regulations. Use a power source that matches the product's power rating and don't overload the equipment. For more specific maintenance steps, refer to the instruction manual or contact our customer service for guidance.
• Update the equipment to the latest version. Check the CLIVES official website for the specific update steps.
• Avoid contact with corrosive liquids.
• When not using the equipment for a long time, store the product in a dry place and avoid storing it in a high-temperature, humid or unventilated environment.

Warranty Policy

Starting from the date you receive the goods, we provide a 3-year warranty service, and the accompanying accessories enjoy a 1-year warranty. The equipment has the right to lifetime software updates and access to exclusive human customer service on our website.

Warranty Access

CLIVES guarantees that brand-new original factory parts and components will be used during your repair or replacement process. There are two scenarios divided by whether it's within 90 days or after 90 days:
If the customer encounters a malfunction within 90 days of receiving the product: The customer needs to provide relevant videos or photos to the seller. CLIVES will bear the freight and provide accessories for the customer to replace.
If the customer encounters a malfunction after 90 days of receiving the product: The customer needs to bear certain costs, and CLIVES will provide free accessories for the customer to replace.

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
• The product was not purchased through CLIVES' official or authorized channels.
• Malfunctions caused by the user's failure to operate, use or maintain the product according to the product instruction manual.
• Damages caused by human factors, external force injuries or improper use of the product.
