Shipping Policy

Where does Clives ship from? 

We currently decide whether to deliver the goods from overseas warehouses or China based on the customer's address and overseas inventory situation:

  • German warehouses ship to EU countries only (except Cyprus) (Free Taxes)
  • UK warehouses ship to their own country and to some European countries (small taxes are charged by European countries)
  • USA and Russia ship only to their own countries .
  • China warehouses can ship to all countries, but will incur certain customs taxes.

 

How long does it take to ship?

After the order is confirmed, we will arrange shipment for you within 48 hours.
General Express: 8-15 working days
Express channel: 3-8 working days
If there are special circumstances, such as out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone.

 

Please make sure the address and contact information are correct

We are not responsible for any failure to deliver your order in a timely manner because the address you provided to us is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that the areas to which products can be delivered also depend on the ability of our partner courier service to deliver.

If the address provided is not available for delivery, please contact us to arrange for delivery of the product on another delivery date. If we are unable to contact you within thirty (30) days from the day we notify you that the product has been shipped (inclusive), the order will be canceled, and the payment of the undelivered product will be automatically returned to your account.

In the case of order products being drop shipped to a third party, you may arrange for the products to be delivered to a third party of your choice, provided that the delivery address meets the requirements set forth above.

We will deliver the product as soon as your order is confirmed. Our estimated delivery dates or times are for informational purposes only and we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Please note that all parcels of products to be delivered to you will be weighed by us prior to shipment.

Title to the products and the risk of damage to the products will transfer to you once we have delivered the products to the address you have provided to us.

If the package is found to be damaged when you sign for it, it is your right to reject the product and contact us to deal with it. For products purchased on the online shopping platform, please check for any damage when picking up the product, and if there is any damage, please inform us immediately.
